2.1 Required Registration Information

• Full name (as per national ID card)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account)

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, or if multiple members of the same household register from the same device or network, those accounts may be temporarily suspended for review. 2.3 Account Verification

8mbets may initiate an account verification (KYC) process at any time for security purposes. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A promotional offer cannot be claimed more than once, unless otherwise stated in the offer description.
• The minimum deposit requirement must be met to qualify for a bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• If bonuses are abused by operating multiple accounts, all related bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is successfully confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled, suspended, or rescheduled, 8mbets will settle the bet in accordance with its policy.
